Where does the customize button appear?

Above the Add to Cart section, and only on product pages that are connected to a configurator. Unconnected products are untouched.

Can I place the configurator inline instead of a button?

Yes. Use the Amaspace 3D Customizer widget from App Widgets and pick the inline display mode.

What do I see when an order comes in?

A note in Order activity with a link to Amaspace showing all configured products, the buyer's selections, any uploaded files and a 3D preview of what they saw.

Do I need to edit code in Wix?

No. Everything happens in the Wix dashboard and editor plus the Amaspace catalog.
