The configurator writes the quote
When a buyer finishes a build, they get a branded PDF quote in their inbox, and your team gets the full configuration. No one retypes it.

In a lot of sales teams, the configurator is where the buyer gets excited and the quote is where the work starts. Someone reads the configuration, opens a spreadsheet, types the options in again and sends a PDF two days later.
We moved that step into the configurator.
What the buyer gets
When a buyer finishes a build and submits the contact form, Amaspace generates a PDF and emails it to them. The subject line reads "Your Product Quote from" followed by your company name.
The PDF holds what a quote should:
- The product: name, description, base price and a preview image of their build.
- Every option they chose, with a thumbnail, its price impact and a short description.
- Your branding: logo, company name and contact details.
On higher plans, the PDF is fully white-labelled. On others, it carries a small "Powered by Amaspace" footer.
What your team gets
The same configuration arrives on your side, complete. You can send it on to your CRM by webhook, so the lead lands with the build attached rather than a note saying "interested in the 26ft model".
For manufacturers with a dealer network, the quote can be exported by the dealer as well, from the same products and rules you maintain centrally.
Why it matters
A quote that takes two days competes with whoever answered first. A quote that arrives before the buyer has closed the tab doesn't have that problem. It also can't contain typos in the option list, because nobody typed it.
Where it stops
The PDF reflects the prices and rules in the configurator. If your final price depends on things the configurator doesn't know, such as delivery distance or a dealer discount, treat the PDF as the starting point of the quote, not the final price.
The buyer also has to leave an email address. That's the trade: a real quote for a real contact.
