Check the fit before you order the boat
Will it fit the slip, the garage, the trailer? Buyers can answer that themselves with the build they configured, at full size, on their phone.

A boat is configured over weeks and bought for years. Somewhere in that process the buyer stands in their garage with a tape measure, trying to picture a hull they've only seen in a brochure.
AR lets them stop picturing.
The configured boat, at full size
In an Amaspace configurator, the buyer chooses the hull colour, the engine and the packages, and sees the price update. Then they tap AR, and the boat they built appears at real size: on the driveway, next to the slip, in the garage they're worried about.
AR opens in the phone's browser. No app, on iPhone or Android. From a desktop, the buyer scans a QR code and the same build opens on their phone.
Scale is the whole point here, so models are built at real-world scale, one unit to one metre. A dimensional overlay shows the measurements on the model itself.
Big models on small phones
A fully specified boat is a heavy 3D model. We load it at a level of detail that suits the device and adjust texture quality to the connection, so the AR view opens on an ordinary phone on a marina's Wi-Fi.
Not only boats
The same flow works for anything where size decides the purchase: trucks, powersports, catamarans. Our Showcases include a Sailfish, an Altera and a WorldCat catamaran you can open on your phone today.
What it does for the dealer
A buyer who has already seen the boat at full size in their own space arrives at the dealer with fewer doubts and a specific build. The configuration comes with them: it can be saved, shared, turned into a PDF quote or sent to your CRM.
Where it stops
AR needs a phone or tablet. It shows size and look, not handling or ride. And it can only be as accurate as the model, which is why we build models from your CAD or specs and you approve them before launch.
Next step
Open the WorldCat demo on Showcases on your phone and tap AR. Then book a demo and we'll show you the dealer side. More in Vehicles and marine.
