Your showroom has one sofa
Reps and dealers can't keep every fabric and size on the floor. A configurator on a tablet shows the whole range, and AR puts it in the buyer's room.

A furniture showroom is a compromise. A sofa range in four sizes and thirty fabrics might have two pieces on the floor. The buyer sits on the grey three-seater and is asked to imagine the green corner unit.
That's the problem we hear most from manufacturers selling through reps and dealers: they can't show every build.
The whole range on one screen
A configurator on a tablet turns the one sofa on the floor into the full range. The rep changes the size, the fabric and the legs in front of the buyer, and the price updates with each choice. Rules keep every build to what the factory can make.
The buyer sits on the real fabric and sees the real combination. Both halves of the decision, in one place.
Then their room
The question the showroom can't answer is how the sofa looks at home. With AR, it can. The buyer scans a QR code, and the build they just made opens on their own phone, ready to place in their living room at real size. No app.
They take the build home in their pocket, not on a brochure.
One source of truth
Dealers work from the same products and rules you maintain centrally, not copies. When you add a fabric or retire a size, every dealer's configurator changes with it.
Where it stops
A configurator doesn't replace the floor sample; people still want to sit on a sofa before buying it. It covers everything the floor can't hold.
AR needs the buyer's phone or tablet. That's rarely a problem in a showroom.
